These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in prize draws, sweepstakes, and related services operated by Great Guitar Giveaway Inc. through www.greatguitargiveaway.com and any associated channels (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, entering a draw, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility and Age

Participation in Great Guitar Giveaway draws is open to legal residents of jurisdictions where such draws are permitted by law. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Great Guitar Giveaway are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How Entries Work

Each draw has its own entry period, entry cap, and ticket price that are displayed on the specific prize draw page. Entries are personal to the entrant, non-transferable, and non-refundable once a draw has closed. Great Guitar Giveaway reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant suspected of fraud, use of multiple accounts, automated entry, or other violation of these Terms.

No Purchase Necessary – Free Entry

A free method of entry is available for every draw in jurisdictions where required by law. Instructions for requesting a free entry are provided on each draw page. Free entries have an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners are selected at random from all valid entries received during the published entry period. Great Guitar Giveaway will contact winners using the email address and/or phone number associated with the entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the time period specified, or is found to be ineligible, Great Guitar Giveaway reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prize Details

Prize descriptions, photographs, specifications, and estimated values are published on the applicable prize draw page. Great Guitar Giveaway reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the specific prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are awarded "as is" and may not be exchanged for cash except at Great Guitar Giveaway's discretion.

Taxes and Compliance

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with receiving a prize, and for providing any information Great Guitar Giveaway requires to comply with applicable tax reporting laws. Failure to provide required information within a reasonable time may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Conduct and Fair Play

You agree not to use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or fraudulent payment methods to enter any draw; not to tamper with the draw mechanism or any selection process; and not to harass Great Guitar Giveaway staff, other entrants, or winners.

Intellectual Property

All draw pages, graphics, photography of prize instruments, promotional videos, brand marks, and site content are the property of Great Guitar Giveaway or its licensors. You may not reproduce or commercialize any of this material without written permission.

SMS Messaging – Promotional Marketing Only

By opting in, you agree to receive promotional SMS messages from Great Guitar Giveaway about upcoming prize draws, featured guitars, and related offers. Opting in is not required to enter any draw, and winners are notified through the contact method provided at entry regardless of SMS opt-in status.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Guitar Giveaway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to entry into any draw, receipt of any prize, or use of the Services. Aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the entrant for the specific draw giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any draw shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Carter County, Oklahoma.

Modifications

Great Guitar Giveaway may modify these Terms or the rules of any draw at any time. Material changes will be posted on www.greatguitargiveaway.com. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
