Official Rules

Last updated: June 23, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Great Guitar Giveaway Inc., 110 29th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203 ("Sponsor"). All inquiries regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to hello@greatguitargiveaway.com.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is void in the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and any other jurisdiction outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. The Sweepstakes is also void wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

3. Entry Period

Each individual draw within the Sweepstakes ("Draw") has its own entry period, which is published on that Draw's product page at greatguitargiveaway.com. The opening date and time and the closing date and time of each Draw are stated in Pacific Time (PT) on the relevant page. Entries received outside of a Draw's published entry period will not be eligible for that Draw. The Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry. Both methods carry equal weight, and using one method does not improve a participant's chance of winning over the other.

Method 1, Online Entry (Paid). Visit greatguitargiveaway.com, select an active Draw, choose an entry tier, complete the entry form with the required information (full legal name, email address, date of birth, daytime telephone number, and complete mailing address), and submit payment for the selected tier. Entries are credited to the participant upon successful payment processing. Entry tiers and their corresponding entry quantities are listed on the entry form.

Method 2, Free Mail-In Entry. See Section 5 below.

5. No Purchase Necessary / Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter the Sweepstakes without making any purchase, you may submit a free mail-in entry following the procedures below. Free mail-in entries are treated identically to paid online entries for the purpose of winner selection. Submitting a paid entry does not improve your odds of winning compared to a free entry of equal count.

To submit a free mail-in entry, hand-print legibly in ink on a plain 3 inch by 5 inch index card the following information:

(a) Your full legal name
(b) Your complete mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP code)
(c) Your email address
(d) Your date of birth
(e) Your daytime telephone number
(f) The Draw number you wish to enter (for example, "Draw No. 017")
(g) The following statement: "I am 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States."

Place the completed card inside a hand-addressed outer mailing envelope, affix sufficient first-class postage, and mail it to:

Great Guitar Giveaway Inc.
Attn: Free Entry, Draw No. [insert Draw number]
110 29th Ave N
Nashville, TN 37203

Each completed and compliant mail-in card received equals one (1) free entry into the specified Draw. Limit one (1) free entry per outer mailing envelope. Multiple entry cards in a single envelope will be disqualified. Each envelope must be hand-addressed by the participant. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or computer-generated entries are not permitted and will be void.

To be eligible, free mail-in entries must be postmarked on or before the Draw's stated closing date and physically received by the Sponsor within seven (7) calendar days of that closing date. Entries postmarked or received outside these windows will not be eligible.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, stolen, incomplete, or undelivered entries; all such entries are void. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not meet these requirements.

6. Entry Limits

There is no per-person limit on the total number of paid entries a participant may submit per Draw, except that participants may not submit more paid entries than the total entry pool advertised for that Draw. There is a limit of one (1) free mail-in entry per outer mailing envelope, but there is no limit on the total number of free mail-in entries any one participant may submit per Draw. Each entry, whether paid or free, is treated identically for the purpose of winner selection.

7. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

Each Draw awards one (1) prize: the specific guitar identified on that Draw's product page, including any case, accessories, certificates of authenticity, and documentation listed on that page. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is stated on the relevant product page. ARVs are based on the manufacturer's suggested retail price or, where applicable, comparable market value at the time of the Draw's listing.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. No cash equivalent or other substitution will be offered to the winner.

Shipping is included within the contiguous United States and is fully insured by the Sponsor to the verified winner's confirmed mailing address. Winners residing in Alaska or Hawaii may be required to coordinate alternative shipping arrangements with the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, additional insurance, customs duties, or other charges and costs associated with acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning a given Draw depend on the total number of eligible entries received for that Draw across both entry methods, divided by the number of entries credited to a given participant. The total entry pool size for each Draw is published on the Draw's product page. By way of example, if a Draw has a total pool of 5,000 entries and a participant holds 25 entries, that participant's odds of winning are approximately 1 in 200.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

For each Draw, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Draw's entry period. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or a designated third party using a randomization method that gives every eligible entry an equal chance of selection, regardless of entry method. The drawing for each Draw will occur within seven (7) business days of that Draw's closing date.

The selected winner will be notified by email at the address provided on their entry, within seven (7) business days of the drawing, and may also be contacted by telephone using the number provided on their entry. The potential winner must respond to the initial notification within five (5) business days. Failure to respond within this period, return of the notification as undeliverable, or non-compliance with these Official Rules will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to repeat this process until a verified winner is confirmed or all eligible entries are exhausted.

10. Winner Requirements

Within ten (10) business days of receiving the notification, the potential winner must complete and return all of the following, in the form and manner provided by the Sponsor:

(a) An Affidavit of Eligibility, confirming the winner's legal name, address, date of birth, and U.S. residency, and confirming the winner meets all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2.

(b) A Liability and Publicity Release, releasing the Sponsor and its affiliates from liability as set forth in Section 13 and granting publicity rights as set forth in Section 11 (subject to applicable law).

(c) A valid government-issued photo identification (driver's license, state ID, or U.S. passport) showing the winner's name, date of birth, and address. The Sponsor reserves the right to require additional proof of residency.

(d) For prizes with an ARV of $600 or more, a completed IRS Form W-9 containing the winner's valid U.S. taxpayer identification number (Social Security Number or equivalent), so that the Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC reporting the prize value to the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.

Failure to return any required documentation within the stated period, submission of inaccurate or incomplete documentation, or failure to satisfy any eligibility verification will result in disqualification, and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility, verification, and winner selection are final and binding.

All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state of residence, photograph, voice, and a likeness of the winner with the prize for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation. Winners who decline to be photographed or publicly named may submit a written request to that effect when returning their winner documentation; declining publicity will not forfeit the prize or any other rights under these Rules.

12. General Conditions and Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any Draw within it, in whole or in part, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor. In such event, the Sponsor will, where feasible, select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the action that prompted the modification, cancellation, or termination. In the event of cancellation of a Draw prior to its drawing, paid entrants for that Draw will receive a refund of paid entry fees within thirty (30) calendar days.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; acting in violation of these Official Rules; using multiple identities, accounts, addresses, or email addresses to circumvent any rule; using bots, scripts, or any automated means to enter; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; or any travel or activity related thereto, including without limitation any claim for personal injury, death, or property damage.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, networks, servers, or computer systems; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Davidson County, Tennessee, to the jurisdiction of which the entrant submits. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

15. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is collected by the Sponsor and used in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at greatguitargiveaway.com/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described therein.
